Enhanced 64-color definitions for WDC (WL6 + WL1 + SOD)

A full set of WDC definitions for Wolf3D and Spear of Destiny with hand-drawn 64-color tiles for greatly improved appearance and legibility compared to the original tiles. Comment tiles used by MapEdit 8.4 are also included. Can be used to edit vanilla maps or as a base for defs for your own mod. Reuse freely, no attribution needed.
